Holiday FAQ's
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 9:30AM to 3PM PST, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-3 business days from when an order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery in the continental 48 states. For international please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please allow for additional processing time as we are observing COVID-19 protocols and shipping lead times have extended. During the following dates we will be temporarily shutdown for family time and will not be processing orders:
- November 20th, 2020 - December 1st, 2020
- December 21st, 2020 - December 28th, 2020
- December 30th, 2020 - January 3rd, 2020
Please be patient during these times and we will process your order as quickly as we can once we resume operations.
What's your return policy?
Please read our RETURNS page before placing your order. Orders purchased between November 1st, 2020 - December 25th, 2020 can be returned through January 14th, 2021. Returns are accepted - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. If you'd like a different size, please send us an email before returning the item. When your return is accepted, you will receive a new order confirmation with shipping details for your replacement. All sale items are final.Can you send me free stickers?

Can I send you my t-shirt ideas/designs?
We handpick all our contract designers to do specific ideas/designs. If we like your work, we'll contact you. We do however do custom work if this is something you are interested in let us know!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal, and mobile payments Pay and Amazon Pay.
How secure is this store?
Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.
